En studie av hur personlighet och arbetsuppgifter samspelar med samtida kontorsmilj\u00f6er och arbetss\u00e4tt\u201d. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1e1e1e; font-family: 'Euclid Circular A', sans-serif; font-size: 45px;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1e1e1e; font-family: 'Euclid Circular A', sans-serif; font-size: 45px;\">Abstrakt<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Idag anammar m\u00e5nga organisationer kontor som har en \u00f6ppen design med eller utan flexibla sittplatser. Medan f\u00f6respr\u00e5kare f\u00f6r \u00f6ppna kontorslandskap menar att dessa kontorstyper leder till kostnadsbesparingar och underl\u00e4ttar kommunikationen mellan och inom team, menar motst\u00e5ndare att dessa kontorstyper \u00e4r f\u00f6rknippade med minskad prestation och f\u00f6rs\u00e4mrad h\u00e4lsa bland anst\u00e4llda. Denna avhandling unders\u00f6ker hur kontorstypen (cellkontor, delade rum, sm\u00e5 \u00f6ppna kontorslandskap, medelstora \u00f6ppna kontorslandskap, stora \u00f6ppna kontorslandskap och flexkontor) p\u00e5verkar medarbetarnas h\u00e4lsa och prestation. Huruvida detta \u00e4r olika f\u00f6r olika personligheter och jobb med olika koncentrationskrav. Enbart kontorstypen var f\u00f6rknippad med distraktion och kognitiv stress p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt att cellkontor var f\u00f6rknippade med minst problem, f\u00f6ljt av flexkontor, medan \u00f6ppna kontorslandskap var f\u00f6rknippade med mest problem. <\/p><p>Medan medarbetare i \u00f6ppna kontorslandskap och medarbetare i flexkontor rapporterade fler problem i takt med att behovet av koncentration \u00f6kade, rapporterade medarbetare i cellkontor samma niv\u00e5 av problem oavsett behovet av koncentration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-8ef1405\" data-id=\"8ef1405\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ace2e63 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ace2e63\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studie II<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>I studie II (N=527) unders\u00f6ktes hur prestationen i ett minnestest p\u00e5verkades under normala arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med en lugn baslinje. Det fanns ett negativt dos-responsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande mellan storleken p\u00e5 det \u00f6ppna kontorslandskapet och minskningen i ord\u00e5terkallelse under normala arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Studie II visade dock ocks\u00e5 att personer som arbetade i cellkontor hade en lika stor prestationsnedg\u00e5ng under normala arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden som de som arbetade i stora \u00f6ppna kontorsmilj\u00f6er.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-48d24c2\" data-id=\"48d24c2\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3186a46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3186a46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Studie III<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>Studie III (N=1133-1171) fokuserade p\u00e5 interaktionseffekten mellan kontorstyp och personlighet. Personlighetsdraget trevlighet samverkade med kontorstyp f\u00f6r utfallsvariablerna distraktion och arbetstillfredsst\u00e4llelse. Mer specifikt kan studie III tyda p\u00e5 att n\u00e4r kontoren blir mer \u00f6ppna och flexibla kommer trevliga personer att rapportera fler problem.  <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Sammanfattningsvis har studierna i denna avhandling konsekvenser f\u00f6r praktiken och tyder p\u00e5 att kontorstypen p\u00e5verkar medarbetarnas h\u00e4lsa och prestation, medan arbetets koncentrationskrav och trevlighet modererar effekterna. \u00c4ven om medarbetarna rapporterar h\u00f6gre distraktionsniv\u00e5 i \u00f6ppna kontorsmilj\u00f6er, n\u00e4r prestationen p\u00e5 en kr\u00e4vande uppgift m\u00e4ts, \u00e4r cellkontor inte s\u00e5 gynnsamma under normala arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden som sj\u00e4lvrapporterade uppgifter vanligtvis indikerar.
